Ali Al Khalaf

Chairman of the Board

Ali Al Khalaf holds a PhD in biochemistry and worked at the Saudi Food and Drug Authority for over 17 years. He currently works at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company and chairs the board of the Food Manufacturers Association, the professional body that represents food factories in the Kingdom before regulators and works on developing industry standards. He has chosen to represent the association at this conference so that his contribution serves the whole industry rather than any single company, a position that combines food regulation experience from inside the regulator with manufacturing experience from inside the companies.
