Adam Portlock
President
Adam Portlock serves as President of Hult Ashridge Executive Education in the United Kingdom, one of Europe's most established executive development institutions and the executive education arm of Hult International Business School. Headquartered at the historic Ashridge Estate in Hertfordshire, the institution partners annually with more than 850 organisations worldwide on leadership development and organisational learning. Portlock brings more than three decades of international experience across strategy, business development, and executive education, having held senior commercial roles within the broader Hult EF corporate learning group before assuming the presidency. He is known for his work on the interplay between high-performing sports teams and business environments, and has championed pioneering programmes such as the New Horizons leadership initiative for leaders with sight loss, delivered in partnership with the Royal National Institute of Blind People. Portlock holds an MBA from Henley Business School and completed executive education at Harvard Business School. He has published work on sports business, sponsorship, and ambush marketing, and is regarded as an influential voice in the global leadership development industry.
