Abdullah Al-Mubarak

Abdullah Al-Mubarak holds a PhD in Human Nutrition from King Saud University with First Class Honours and a grade of 4.87 out of 5, and a Master of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science from California State University, Northridge, with First Class Honours and a grade of 4 out of 4. He completed the Strategic Leadership Program at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He has advanced through roles that combine food technology with regulatory affairs: Chief of Clinical and Human Nutrition at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, Group Regulatory Affairs Manager at Almarai, Senior Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Manager at Saudi Airlines Catering Company, and now Director of the Food Technology Department at the National Industrial Development Center.
