Saudia Group joins Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2026 as strategic sponsor

Saudia Group has signed on as strategic sponsor of the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, which runs at Jeddah Superdome from November 8 to 11, 2026, with the group using its presence to put forward accommodation concepts and cabin products aimed at the pilgrim journey. The event is held under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and is organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah alongside the Pilgrim Experience Program, a Saudi Vision 2030 initiative, carrying the theme “From Makkah to the World.”

At its pavilion, numbered C62, the group is presenting the combined offer of Saudia and Saudia Hajj & Umrah, where visitors can examine hospitality and lodging arrangements in the Holy Sites as well as newly introduced onboard products and services. The centrepiece is a Hajj suite conceived for pilgrims staying in Mina, which Saudia Hajj & Umrah intends to roll out in the 2027 season with layouts built around privacy and comfort and facilities reserved for individual use. The design follows the lodging solutions the company brought into service during the 2026 Hajj season, among them installations in Mina and multi-level facilities in Arafat.

On the aviation side, Saudia is displaying the seat of its new Premium Economy Class, a component of The New Saudia Experience, with a 43-inch seat pitch that the carrier places among the widest offered in the category worldwide. Installation begins on Saudia’s incoming Boeing 787 aircraft from 2027, before the product is extended in stages to its Airbus A330 and Boeing 777 fleets. Meal serviceware, amenity kits and comfort items are also on show, giving visitors a closer view of what the cabin will offer.

H.E. Engr. Ibrahim Al-Omar, Director General of Saudia Group, said: «Serving pilgrims is a core responsibility of Saudia Group and a priority that guides our continued efforts to enhance the services we provide.» The group is also joining panel sessions on how developing human capital raises service quality and improves the pilgrim experience through integrated service packages, and will hold meetings with Hajj delegations and other stakeholders during the four-day event to look into further partnerships.
