Within the Ministry of Interior's pavilion at LEAP 2026, the acting Director General of Passports, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba, launched a package of new e-services aimed at streamlining procedures and enhancing digital service quality.
The newly launched services include issuing a Saudi passport as a replacement for a lost one, checking the status of a Saudi passport, and an express delivery service for Saudi passports. These are designed to facilitate procedures and improve the digital experience for beneficiaries.
The General Directorate of Passports confirmed that these services are part of ongoing efforts to develop e-services and leverage technical and digital solutions. Major General Al-Murabba emphasized the directorate's commitment to simplifying processes, saving time and effort, and raising the quality of services provided.
