Saudi Ministry of Tourism Launches Unified Digital Platform at LEAP 2026

At LEAP 2026, the Ministry of Tourism has introduced its unified digital platform for tourism services, marking a step forward in the sector's digital transformation. The platform aims to serve as the primary digital gateway for investors, tourism activity practitioners, and sector employees, consolidating access to a wide range of services.

The new platform brings together licensing, compliance, investment, and training services under one interface, simplifying procedures and improving user experience. It also includes "Tourism X," an AI-powered service designed to facilitate access to services and answer user inquiries, enhancing digital interaction with the tourism ecosystem.

Official spokesperson for the Ministry of Tourism, Nasr Al-Ansari, stated that the launch of the platform extends ongoing efforts to develop digital government services and strengthen integration among all parties in the tourism sector, supporting its growth in line with Saudi Vision 2030. He clarified that the ministry's official website will continue to serve as a source for information, news, initiatives, and regulations, while the new platform becomes the unified destination for all tourism services.
