The Saudi Council of Engineers has opened registration for attendance at the 4th International Engineering Conference (IECE 2026), scheduled to run from 14 to 16 December 2026 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center, under the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Positioned as an international engineering gathering, the fourth edition brings together strategic, scientific, technical and investment dimensions, with the aim of strengthening the sector's role in major transformations and translating ideas into decisions and solutions into implementation, while opening space for knowledge exchange, partnership building and tracking the latest trends across the industry.
The event's programme spans dialogue sessions, scientific papers, workshops, an engineering exhibition, the engineering hackathon, an innovation and technology experience zone, bilateral meetings and a dedicated agreements platform for launches and partnerships. The visitor journey begins with registration and reception and extends through sessions, exhibition tours, workshop participation and interaction with innovation areas, alongside relationship and partnership building that adds professional and knowledge value for attendees.
Organisers expect more than 100,000 visitors at the fourth edition, with participation from over 100 government and international entities, close to 40 countries, 120 speakers and experts, and 30 workshops. The council is inviting engineers, decision-makers, academics, researchers, investors, representatives of public and private entities, engineering firms and offices, and those interested in the sector to register and join the experience, with registration available through the conference's official website.
