The Royal Commission for AlUla is continuing its strategic partnership with the Saudi Media Forum 2027, extending a collaboration that will shape the sixth edition of the gathering set to convene in Riyadh from 1 to 3 February 2027, according to a statement issued by the forum's organisers.
Under the renewed agreement, the forum's main hall will continue to carry the AlUla name, while the Royal Commission will operate a dedicated pavilion within the event's primary zone, where it will present its development projects, civilisational heritage and tourism assets to an audience of media professionals, decision-makers and industry stakeholders from Saudi Arabia and abroad.
The partnership also provides for representatives of the Royal Commission to take part in several main sessions, alongside specialised workshops examining experiences and initiatives linking media, culture, heritage and development, in a format designed to broaden dialogue and knowledge exchange between national institutions and media organisations.
"The continuation of this partnership reflects the importance of integrating national efforts to support the media industry," the statement said, underscoring the role of professional platforms in showcasing the Kingdom's cultural and developmental achievements to an international audience.
The arrangement builds on the forum's broader expansion plans for 2027, which target 300 speakers and 250 media institutions, as organisers position the Riyadh gathering as a meeting point for specialists and experts from across the world.
