The Mohammed bin Salman Foundation "Misk" has announced that the Misk Global Forum 2026 will not be held this year, citing organizational and logistical challenges that could affect the overall experience and impact of the event. The decision followed a careful assessment of the challenges surrounding this year's edition, according to a statement issued by the foundation on Monday.
The foundation said in its statement: "Accordingly, a decision was made not to hold the Misk Global Forum in 2026," noting that its decision came at a time when it continues to develop its approach to empowering youth and delivering meaningful experiences.
The foundation stressed that its commitment to empowering youth and creating opportunities for learning, collaboration, and development remains unchanged, affirming that young people will still be able to access Misk's programs and initiatives throughout the year, while encouraging them to explore available opportunities through the Misk Hub platform.
The Misk Global Forum was an international platform bringing together youth, emerging leaders, and innovators from around the world to exchange ideas and expertise and explore opportunities for collaboration. It had been scheduled to take place in Riyadh from November 11 to 12, 2026.
