WTM Spotlight Riyadh 2027

WTM Spotlight Riyadh takes place at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Centre from 5 to 7 October 2027, opening 13:00 to 21:00 on each of its three days. It is a travel show dedicated to a single market, Saudi Arabia, connecting the Kingdom's travel and tourism story with the world and bringing domestic and international travel products together with regional and global travel professionals, industry leaders, innovators and Saudi consumers.
The floor covers the full travel value chain, from destinations and giga-projects to hotels, attractions, transport, experiences and travel technology. It includes a high-level conference programme on investment, cultural shifts and innovation in inbound and outbound travel, and a buyer programme that connects suppliers with Saudi buyers and a curated group of fully hosted international buyers, including tour operators, DMCs, travel agents, meeting planners and travel management companies. The show uses data-driven matchmaking tools between buyers and exhibitors, and replaces business cards and brochures with Colleqt QR codes at every stand.
Visitor registration is not open yet; interested visitors can register their interest on the organiser's form and are notified when it opens. International hosted buyers apply to the Hosted Buyer Programme, which requires senior purchasing and contracting authority, current or planned inbound or outbound Saudi activity, and a commitment to attend at least 30 pre-scheduled appointments during the show. Obtaining an entry visa is the visitor's responsibility, and the Saudi tourist eVisa is available to eligible countries.
