World Water Forum 2027

About the event
The 11th World Water Forum takes place in Riyadh from 21 to 25 March 2027 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center, under the theme "Action for a Better Tomorrow". It is hosted by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture together with the World Water Council, and brings the global water community together every three years to turn commitments into practical, implementable solutions.
The programme is built on three processes and two programmes. The Political Process covers dialogue at the level of ministers, parliamentarians, local and regional authorities and basin organisations. The Thematic Process organises knowledge into six themes and thirty topics, including water security, water finance, governance, innovation and the value of water. The Regional Process brings in regional priorities, alongside a Youth Program and an Intersectoral Collaboration Program. The Forum also includes an exhibition, country pavilions, side events, technical visits and a cultural programme, and is expected to welcome more than 20,000 participants from over 150 countries.
Registration runs through the Forum's official website under designated categories that set the access level and conditions of participation. Details of the categories, accreditation and fees will be published later through the Forum's official channels. Expressions of interest are currently open for side events, sponsorship and exhibition, and country pavilions.
