The programme spans 21 themes covering educational supervision and its roles, contemporary educational leadership and its part in developing educational institutions, the preparation of academic leaders and the building of leadership competencies, strategic planning, total quality management and academic accreditation, governance and transparency, human resource management, crisis management and decision making, and institutional performance evaluation, alongside digital transformation in educational institutions and the use of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence in teaching and learning. It addresses deans and vice deans of education colleges, heads of educational administration and leadership departments, faculty members, educational supervisors, leaders of public and private schools, teachers, postgraduate students, and specialists in quality and institutional excellence.
Proceedings are delivered in Arabic and English through scientific sessions, discussion circles, dialogue sessions and training workshops, with participation offered as attendance without a research contribution, presentation of a research paper or study, or a scientific poster covering research, an initiative or a successful practice. Attendance is free: the registration form offers accommodation at the conference hotel with breakfast as an option that can be taken or left, and registrants who leave it pay nothing, while research contributions are reviewed by a specialised scientific committee and attendance at 50% of the scientific sessions is required for the attendance and participation certificate. Submissions closed on 2 September 2026, while registration to attend remains open until the conference opens.
