HRSE KSA, the HR Summit & Expo, takes place on 15-16 June 2027 at The Arena in Riyadh. The event combines a conference and an exhibition dedicated to human resources and the workplace, and addresses Saudi labour-market priorities, from nationalisation and skills localisation to AI enablement in HR, leadership development and large-scale organisational transformation.
The programme runs across specialised content stages covering talent acquisition and retention, talent management and succession planning, compensation, benefits and total rewards, employee engagement and experience, data analytics, compliance and regulation, HR as a business partner, and multi-generational workforce alignment. It also includes an invite-only forum for HR leaders, certified workshops delivered with Harvard, CIPD and Informa Connect Academy, and an exhibition of HR technology providers and solution partners.
The event is aimed at HR directors, talent and learning leaders, and decision-makers in government, business, and the service and technology providers that support them. It is CPD-certified, and attendees can request a certificate after the event. Entry to the HR leaders' forum is by invitation from the organiser.
