Al Sharqia Forum for Development and Training
About the event
Al Sharqia Forum for Development and Training takes place at voco Al Khobar on 18 and 19 September 2026, bringing together the people who run the training and human-capability industry in Saudi Arabia: organisational leaders, HR leaders, training and development managers, trainers and investors. Its organisers expect around 300 participants.
The programme is built around strategic HR leadership, the role of organisational leaders in supporting training, measuring training impact and return on investment, training as an instrument of Saudi Vision 2030, moving training management from operations to sustainability, women’s empowerment, and the future of the training industry and investment in it. A 15-stand exhibition of training solution providers runs alongside the panel sessions and applied workshops, which are aimed at organisational and HR leaders, training and development managers, trainers and sector investors.
The forum is organised by Knowledge Horizons for Exhibitions and Conferences, a company specialising in professional forums and conferences, which has held an earlier Al Sharqia edition in Al Khobar alongside forums in Riyadh and Jeddah. Attendance is by individual registration at SAR 1,000, covering the forum sessions, panels and workshops, a digital attendance certificate and a commemorative shield; registration remains open until 17 September 2026.
