Steve George is the Head of Learning at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), having spent the majority of his earlier career as a consultant working on learning projects for some of the world's most prominent global brands. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and co-authored the book *Adjacent Learning*, published in February 2023. His work focuses on connecting learning with business goals and building effective learning strategies that bridge the gap between professional development and organizational objectives.
