Chief Human Resources & Kaizen Officer

Faisal Abdullah serves as the Chief Human Resources and Kaizen Officer at Abdul Latif Jameel, the diversified global family business founded in 1945. In this role, he leads corporate culture and talent development through pioneering HR and Kaizen practices across the group's various companies. He joined Abdul Latif Jameel in 2001 and has since held several executive leadership positions, including first Managing Director for local automotive operations (2002–2007), then Vice President of Abdul Latif Jameel Automotive in Saudi Arabia (2007–2022), where he led significant market expansion and operational transformation. Since 2021, he has been leading HR and Kaizen at the corporate level. Prior to joining, he held leadership roles at General Electric and Citibank, and holds a degree in Economics and Management from the American University in Cairo.
