联合国教育、科学及文化组织(联合国教科文组织)将于 2026 年 9 月 14 日至 17 日在利雅得丽思卡尔顿酒店举办第四届联合国教科文组织人工智能伦理全球论坛,由沙特阿拉伯王国承办、沙特数据与人工智能管理局(SDAIA)代表,并与国际人工智能研究与伦理中心(ICAIRE)合作举行,主题为“变革全球合作,推动人工智能伦理治理”。这是阿拉伯国家首次承办本论坛。
论坛旨在分享人工智能伦理领域的国际经验与实践,搭建支持决策者的高级别多边对话平台,推动采纳落实人工智能伦理原则的务实方案,并支持各国制定人工智能政策、建设机构能力。论坛面向各国部长与高级官员、联合国教科文组织会员国、国际组织以及人工智能领域专家;主办方已向 194 个会员国发出邀请,预计将有 1,200 名参会者出席 30 余场会议,逾 100 位讲者发言。
9 月 14 日为仅限受邀者参加的筹备日,安排联合国教科文组织《人工智能伦理问题建议书》实施网络的平行工作会议与专家研讨会,并为部长级参会者举行闭门科学简报及关于国际合作的部长级对话。9 月 15 日至 17 日为公开议程,包括七场高级别部长对话与全体会议、21 场专家论坛,以及由 ICAIRE 与 SDAIA 主办的两场配套活动。论坛期间将发布就绪度评估方法 2.0 版(RAM 2.0)及其汇总分析,并推出人工智能环境与生态系统工具包;最后一天在联合国教科文组织人工智能语言多样性联盟框架下的一场会议,将专门讨论阿拉伯语及其在知识传播与文化交流中的作用。注册通过官方平台免费开放,分为公众参会与媒体两条通道,能否出席以收到确认函为准;论坛全程通过官方网站直播。
