SEREDO 2026 Returns to Dammam for Fourth Edition Under Ministry Patronage

The activities of the fourth edition of the Serido Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition will launch in Dammam from May 4 to 6, 2026, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. The exhibition will be held at Al-Darah Hall, featuring over 60 exhibitors from leading real estate developers and financing entities.

The exhibition aims to support homeownership programs and increase ownership rates in line with the targets of the Housing Program under Vision 2030. The list of participants includes major real estate development companies alongside government entities such as the National Afforestation Program, reflecting the integration between the public and private sectors.

The exhibition will host discussion sessions and workshops covering topics such as artificial intelligence in real estate, innovative financing models, and strategies to address market challenges, in addition to presenting investment opportunities exceeding SAR 4.2 billion.

The Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Serido 2026, Princess Deena bint Saud, confirmed that the exhibition will provide a detailed overview of the latest developments in the real estate market, particularly in the Eastern Province. Meanwhile, CEO Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani noted that the exhibition will serve as a key meeting point for developers, investors, and government entities.
