Shoeil Al Ayed has served as Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Riyadh Cement Company since 2016, leading the company to its highest revenue since that year on higher production rates and stronger operational efficiency, with the firm holding a stable 6.3% share of the Saudi cement market. He built a three-decade career across the cement, steel, and power sectors, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Solb Steel Company from 2013 to 2016, Vice President of Southern Province Cement Company from 2010 to 2013, General Manager of Haif Company from 2007 to 2010, and in senior management roles at Saudi Electricity Company between 1985 and 2007. In 2025 he was named among the Arab world's top 100 chief executives and received the Arab Professional Excellence Award.
