Rahul Khetan

Rahul Khetan invests in biotechnology at UCB Ventures, the corporate venture arm of the Belgian biopharmaceutical company UCB, where he has supported investments in ViaNautis Bio, Iris Medicine and Seamless Therapeutics, and in SonoThera's Series B round. His focus is early-stage biotechnology and advanced therapies, including cell and gene therapy. He holds a bachelor's degree in bioengineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a PhD from the University of Manchester, and is a CFA charterholder. Before joining UCB he was a strategy consultant at Adelphi, and earlier took part in biotechnology research and healthcare finance projects as an Amgen Scholar in Beijing and a Mitacs Scholar in Montreal.
