People and Culture Head, Country Lead

Nojood Alshaikh is People and Culture Head and country lead for human resources at the pharmaceutical company Sanofi, where she also leads HR business partnering for the Greater Gulf. A graduate of King Abdulaziz University, she previously worked at Tamer Group, rising to human resources director and leading the rollout of performance management, talent acquisition and women's empowerment programmes, after earlier work as an HR business partner and talent development specialist in healthcare. Her focus is on energising teams, raising performance and embedding a culture of collaboration.
