Quantum Valley Leader at Aramco and Chairman of the Saudi Quantum Computing Association

Muhammad AlSaiyari is Quantum Valley Lead at Saudi Aramco and Chairman of the Saudi Quantum Computing Association, the Kingdom's non-profit body for quantum computing awareness, education and ecosystem development, licensed by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development. The association's official board listing names him as its chairman. The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Saudi Arabia's own World Quantum Day 2025 wrap-up report lists him with the title Quantum Valley Lead at Saudi Aramco and Chairman of the Saudi Quantum Computing Association, and records him moderating the event's panel featuring Quantinuum, QuSecure, Mitiga Solutions and Accenture. He also represented Aramco on the panel on current efforts in Saudi Arabia at the centre's second Quantum Economy Workshop and moderated its blueprint localisation session. He is a co-author of the peer-reviewed paper on variational quantum algorithms for solving the vehicle routing problem, published in 2023 with Dr Muhamad Felemban of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is described as a senior technology consultant at Saudi Aramco with twenty-five years of experience in business solutions and digital transformation, and has been a project fellow in the World Economic Forum's Quantum Economy Network since May 2025.
