Ming Tang

Founder | Founder Council Member and Chief Executive Officer | Former Chief Digital and Information Officer (Interim)

Ming Tang is a data and digital leader best known for her work at NHS England, where she served as chief data and analytics officer from 2021 and took on the role of interim chief digital and information officer in April 2025 before announcing her departure. She began her career as a pharmacist at GSK, completed an MBA and moved into strategy consulting, later becoming a partner at Accenture working on strategy and supply chain transformation across consumer goods, retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and utilities. She is the founder and chief executive of AcuMing and a founder council member of the AI Values Institute, which works on putting human values into practice in the use of artificial intelligence.
