Head of Country Business Management

Hattan Shami is head of country business management at First Abu Dhabi Bank in Saudi Arabia, working directly with the country CEO to develop business strategy and support the bank's consumer banking growth since FAB began operations in the Kingdom in 2019. He guides business heads on strategy execution, product development alignment and performance optimisation. Before joining FAB, he was management head of strategy at the Real Estate Development Fund, where he worked on financing solutions for the construction and infrastructure sectors.
