President

Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli is President of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC), an international foundation that promotes interdisciplinary research and cooperation among governments, universities and institutions in fields including regenerative medicine, artificial intelligence governance, cybersecurity and sustainable development. IASC is a partner of World Quantum Day 2026 in Saudi Arabia alongside KACST, King Salman Science Oasis and ICB Labs. He is the founder and director of the World Changers Summit, an international networking platform for scientific inclusion and development that reached its tenth edition in Rome in October 2025, and he serves as Professor of Diplomacy and International Relations at the Anania Shirakatsi University of International Relations. He also holds the position of President of Ethical AI at the Lega Italiana dei Diritti dell'Uomo. His published books include Evolutionary Biohacking: The Rise of Regenerative A.I. Medicine (2023), Transcend: AI and the Future of Humanity (2025), and World Federal Constitutionalism and Power Technologies in the Quantum Age (2026).
