Diego Fernando Heinrich

Diego Heinrich is Senior Director for Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at IonQ, the American trapped-ion quantum computing company, where he works on commercial partnerships including the company's expansion across the Middle East from a base in the Gulf. Before joining IonQ he was a project leader at Boston Consulting Group, and earlier held roles at the strategy consultancy FTI Delta, at ING Group, at IKB and at the law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Cologne and an MBA from ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona. His work at IonQ falls within a period of rapid partnership expansion for the company, which has signed agreements with the Technology Innovation Institute in Abu Dhabi, KISTI in South Korea and the University of Chicago, alongside commercial partners including SK Telecom, Hyundai and Einride.
