Brad Robbins has over 25 years of leadership experience in facilities and property management across complex, large-scale property portfolios worldwide, from both owner and service provider perspectives. He has a record of turning around poorly performing assets and facilities management contracts while growing and diversifying outsourced service provider organisations. His experience covers setting up and mobilising large-scale facilities and property management contracts and performance-based contracts for major brownfield and greenfield portfolios, including Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, The Pearl in Qatar, Investa Property Group's premium-class assets across Australia, and more than 200 Australian embassies worldwide. He builds outcome-based teams with a strong customer service ethos, and is an advocate for sustainability in property portfolios, having won several innovation awards while improving portfolio performance, as well as for indigenous, disability and diversity inclusion.
