Inspection Engineer

Bassim H. Nahari is an Inspection Engineer at the Saudi Aramco Jubail Refinery, SASREF, and a certified API 510, API 570 and AWS CWI inspector. He has extensive experience in static equipment inspection, risk-based inspection implementation, corrosion monitoring, interpretation of non-destructive testing results and turnaround inspection execution. His work focuses on mechanical integrity, reliability improvement and the prevention of unplanned shutdowns, and he has contributed to corrosion monitoring strategies, condition monitoring location optimisation and integrity improvement initiatives at SASREF. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jubail University College and has received multiple awards for work excellence.
