Director, Procurement and Contracts

Abdulrahman Al-Tassan is director of procurement and contracts at New Murabba Development Company, a Public Investment Fund company launched in February 2023 to deliver the New Murabba project north of Riyadh across close to 19 square kilometres, taking in the Mukaab landmark alongside residential, commercial and cultural facilities. The procurement and contracts function carries responsibility for contracting with the project's builders and suppliers and for governing those contracts through the phases of delivery.
