Abdulaziz Alshehri is Chief Shared Services Officer at ESNAD, the Saudi mining services company, after a career that moved through ministerial advisory work, a deputy minister role and chief human resources posts at several major organisations. He holds a bachelor's degree in systems engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a master's in human resources from the New York Institute of Technology, and is certified in board directorship and at CIPD Level 7, with executive programmes at Harvard, IMD, the Center for Creative Leadership and INSEAD. He sits on nomination and remuneration committees for several entities and has been recognised as a Middle East Top Talent Leader. His work spans human resources, shared services, organisational transformation and workforce planning.
