Monsha'at
The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at) is an independent Saudi government authority established in 2016, mandated to champion the SME sector as a cornerstone of Vision 2030. Monsha'at designs and executes policies, programmes, and financing schemes that target raising the SME contribution to GDP from 20% to 35% by 2030. Its services span startup funding, business consulting, capacity building, mentorship, and entrepreneurship development. Monsha'at organises the annual Biban Forum, Saudi Arabia's largest and most globally recognised entrepreneurship platform, which attracts hundreds of thousands of founders, investors, and business leaders from across the world, as well as the Global Entrepreneurship Congress held in the Kingdom.
