FIABCI Saudi Arabia

FIABCI Saudi Arabia is the national chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI International), founded in 1951 as the world's leading professional organisation connecting real estate associations across more than 120 countries. The chapter administers the Saudi national competition for the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Award, the most prestigious international real estate honour recognising outstanding achievement across residential, commercial, hospitality, heritage, sustainability and infrastructure categories since 1997. FIABCI Saudi Arabia works in coordination with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the Ministry of Municipal and Housing to align the award with national real estate priorities under Vision 2030. Winners of the national competition are nominated to represent the Kingdom at the FIABCI World Real Estate Congress. The award spans 25 specialised categories with Gold and Silver distinctions in each.
