The Saudi Industry Forum 2026 hosted an open dialogue with Eng. Majed Al-Argoubi, CEO of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), on the second day of the event at Jeddah Superdome, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Al-Argoubi outlined MODON's role in backing the industrial sector and drawing high-quality investments through the development of integrated industrial cities and the creation of an enabling business environment, noting that these zones have grown into hubs for a broad range of advanced and innovative industries.

He said the authority's efforts feed into the objectives of the National Industrial Strategy by widening and diversifying the industrial base while spurring growth in non-oil exports, a priority that runs through the forum's Saudi Industry Forum 2026 agenda.

The session also examined investment opportunities available in industrial cities, the mechanisms designed to support investors, and the incentives extended to industrial enterprises, as the forum continues to convene industry leaders and government bodies in Jeddah.
