The third edition of the Human Capability Initiative (HCI) returns to Riyadh on 3-4 May 2026, gathering more than 250 speakers from across the world at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center.
Held under the patronage of HRH the Crown Prince and organized by the Human Capability Development Program, one of Saudi Vision 2030 programs, the conference adopts #TheHumanCode as its central theme. The agenda focuses on skills, the future of work, education, and artificial intelligence.
HCI 2026 brings together ministers, policymakers, corporate executives, investors, and academic experts. The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland join as Guest of Honor for this edition. Three central themes shape the discussion: deep connection within societies and cultures, deliberate reflection through continuous inquiry and analysis, and impact-driven innovation that creates value in communities.
The companion event — the EDGEx International Education Exhibition — will be held in parallel at the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh from 3 to 5 May 2026.
