Sourcing Expo Saudi Arabia takes place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Riyadh from 13 to 15 September 2027. This is its first edition, formed by bringing three separate exhibitions together into one retail sourcing event for the Kingdom: Kids and Toys Expo Saudi, Gifts and Homeware Expo Saudi, and Stationery and Paper Expo Saudi.
The expo connects international manufacturers and suppliers with buyers, wholesalers, distributors and procurement professionals in the Saudi market. Products are shown across three sectors that each keep their own identity: kids and toys, gifts and homeware, and stationery and paper. The offering spans 18 categories in stationery, gifts and toys, 10 categories in lifestyle products including fragrance, personal care, travel goods and pet supplies, and 11 categories in home and outdoor covering furniture, decorative lighting, kitchenware, home textiles, camping and garden products. The audience includes retail chains, distributors, importers, hypermarkets and supermarkets, e-commerce platforms, hospitality procurement, government authorities and giga projects.
Admission is free for trade and industry professionals, and visitors under the age of 18 are not permitted. Doors open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM across the three days. The exhibition is accompanied by Sourcing Talks, a knowledge programme in which buyers, brand owners and market specialists discuss consumer trends across the lifestyle, gifts, home and outdoor categories, and the routes international brands take into the Saudi market.
