SADEX 2026 — Saudi Drone & UAS Exhibition
About the event
SADEX, the Saudi drone and uncrewed aircraft systems exhibition, runs from 9 to 11 November 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, under the patronage of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, under the heading Powering the Skies: Stepping to the Next Generation of Autonomous Technologies. It is held within Saudi Autonomous Week, which brings three co-located exhibitions together at the same time: SADEX for uncrewed aircraft, Saudi UGV for unmanned ground vehicles in its first edition, and MAVEX for maritime autonomous vehicles.
The exhibition covers the full drone value chain, from hardware manufacturing and software development to artificial intelligence integration, regulatory frameworks and commercial operation, and shows applications in transport and air mobility including air taxis and medical evacuation; agriculture and crop monitoring; oil and gas, oilfield mapping and pipeline inspection; last-mile delivery; construction, aerial surveys and progress tracking; logistics and warehouse management; filming; emergency response and search for missing persons; energy; and security. It addresses manufacturers, solution providers, innovators, regulators, investors and end users across those sectors.
It is accompanied by the UAS International Conference under the heading Autonomy, AI and UAV Ecosystems: Transforming Skies, Expanding Potentials, with keynote addresses, panel discussions, case studies and fireside chats covering airspace integration, data security, ethical deployment, drone services, geospatial mapping and local manufacturing. Alongside it run practical workshops with live demonstrations and simulation exercises, which require pre-registration and have limited seating, and a business-to-business matchmaking schedule connecting exhibitors with buyers, regulators and investors. Attendance is free and registration is through a visitor form on the exhibition site, with doors open on all three days from 15:00 to 22:00. The organiser expects more than 250 exhibitors, 70 speakers, over 20 participating countries and more than 20,000 visitors, and says the 2025 edition produced deals worth 1.5 billion Saudi riyals.
