Real Estate Future Forum 2027
About the event
The Real Estate Future Forum (RFF) 2026 is the Kingdom's premier international gathering for the real estate sector, bringing together regulators, policymakers, developers, investors, and global thought leaders to shape the future of the built environment in Saudi Arabia and beyond. Held on 25–27 January 2027 in Riyadh, RFF has since its inaugural edition in 2022 established itself as the definitive platform where transformative dialogue meets actionable investment insight, attracting landmark capital commitments, regulatory clarity, and unprecedented deal flow year after year. The 2026 edition centres on the Non-Saudi Ownership Law and the historic reforms reshaping foreign participation in Saudi real estate, alongside thematic pillars covering the design of family-oriented communities, the role of local businesses as community builders, health and wellness in urban planning, affordable housing policy, public transportation and neighbourhood well-being, supply chain efficiency in real estate, and digital technology transforming property markets. The forum's speaker roster spans Saudi ministers, former heads of state including Hillary Rodham Clinton, and global business leaders including Sir Richard Branson, who join developers, institutional investors, and urban innovators in a format that has positioned RFF as the convergence point where national transformation ambition and international real estate expertise translate into concrete investment decisions.
