ORGATEC WORKSPACE Saudi Arabia 2027
About the event
ORGATEC WORKSPACE Saudi Arabia returns for its second edition from 11 to 13 September 2027 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center in Riyadh, after the organiser moved the show from its previously announced September 2026 dates. Doors open on each of the three days from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM under event licence 25103, and the show is co-located with INDEX Saudi Arabia, LIGHTSPACE Saudi Arabia and the Hotel & Hospitality Expo Saudi Arabia, forming the Kingdom's largest gathering for the interiors, lighting, workspace and hospitality industries.
The organiser puts this edition at more than 150 exhibiting brands, over 5,000 qualified buyers and more than 70 industry speakers. Exhibits span office facility planning, construction and management; office and office facility equipment and the contract business; furnishings for office and contract interiors; organisational planning systems, office supplies and accessories; and IT, telecommunications, software and services, addressing fit-out contractors, architects, interior designers, developers and corporate decision-makers responsible for workplace design. Alongside the exhibition floor, the ORGATEC WORKSPACE Summit examines the trends shaping the future of work and the INTERZUM Saudi Arabia showcase covers furniture materials and production technologies, while a 15-member advisory board drawn from CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Turner & Townsend, Qiddiya, Misk Foundation and Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group guides the programme.
The show is organised by dmg events in partnership with Koelnmesse, owner of the ORGATEC brand: dmg events has run events in Saudi Arabia since 2011 from offices in Riyadh and Jeddah, while Koelnmesse stages around 80 trade fairs a year in Cologne and in key markets worldwide. The event has been shortlisted at the Saudi Event Awards 2026 for Best Exhibition of the Year (under 10,000 sqm) and Event Team of the Year, and at the AEO Awards 2026 for Best Event Launch. Admission is free for trade and industry professionals, visitors under the age of 18 are not permitted, and visitor registration has not opened yet.
