The Jeddah International Leather Industries and Products Exhibition (JILIE) holds its first edition from 6 to 8 September 2026 at the Jeddah Superdome, positioning itself as the first dedicated commercial platform for the leather sector in Saudi Arabia. The organiser expects more than 7,000 visitors and over 200 exhibiting companies across three tracks: machinery, fashion and accessories.
The exhibition draws on figures published by the organiser projecting that value added in the leather and related products market will reach approximately USD 10.1 billion by 2030 at a compound annual growth rate of 5.6 percent, and that Saudi Arabia is the only Gulf market offering investors realistic long-term volume growth, with its population expected to reach 37.4 million by the same year. Leather manufacturing sits among the sectors targeted by Saudi Vision 2030 in its shift towards diversified income sources, a stronger non-oil economy and the preservation of heritage crafts.
The first edition addresses a broad commercial audience: wholesalers and retailers in men's, women's, safety and protective footwear; traders in bags of every kind, from men's and women's bags to travel, office and school bags; luxury leather apparel and accessories traders; owners of Saudi leather goods brands and agents of international brands; leather furniture traders and automotive upholstery traders; and investors, entrepreneurs and commercial government bodies.
The exhibition is organised by Eventify Exhibitions and Conferences in partnership with KNC Services, and is held at the Jeddah Superdome on Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Road near King Abdulaziz International Airport, a circular exhibition hall of more than 34,000 square metres with parking for approximately 5,200 cars.
