E3 Customer Experience Conference 2027

The E3 Customer Experience Conference returns to Riyadh for its sixth edition on 1 and 2 June 2027, supported by Tajriba, the National Customer Experience Academy. The conference frames its question as an executive one: how customer experience strategy is turned into measurable business impact in a fast-changing market. The conference was originally scheduled for 26 and 27 October 2026, and the organiser rescheduled it citing current regional circumstances.
The programme brings together keynotes, panel discussions and case studies, certified masterclasses, practical workshops, a startup zone presenting fifteen Saudi customer experience startups, an exhibition of technologies and platforms, and the CX Hackathon. Sessions cover customer journey design, personalisation, the use of artificial intelligence and data analytics, across government services, banking, healthcare, telecom and retail. It addresses customer experience leaders and directors, practitioners, and digital transformation and innovation professionals, and the organiser expects more than two thousand participants from over thirty-five countries.
Attendance is by ticket, in three tiers: the conference pass at 899 dollars, the full access pass at 1,299 dollars and the industry pass at 1,599 dollars, each plus VAT. Tickets include the keynote sessions, the exhibition, the free workshops, the networking breaks, the speaker presentations, the post-event report and an attendance certificate. The organiser has not yet announced the venue, the session programme or the speakers for this edition.
