The fifth edition of the Innovation Driven Water Sustainability Conference (IDWS 2026) takes place at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Jeddah under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, hosted by the Saudi Water Authority — expecting over 10,000 attendees, 150+ exhibiting brands and 250+ speakers from some 140 countries.
The event combines a structured three-day conference on how water systems are governed, financed and deployed at scale, concentrated technical briefings, and a global exhibition of the latest water-sustainability technologies.
It also hosts the fourth Global Water Innovation Award, the Miyahthon water hackathon, the Water Academy led by the Saudi Water Authority, the Global Water Innovation Launchpad, scientific papers and startup showcases.
