Senior Technical Director, Decarbonization & Chemistry

Dr. Pramod Patil has 19 years of experience in research and development, sustainability-driven innovation, technology development, and deployment. He held technical leadership positions at Dow Chemicals and Aramco, and is currently Senior Technical Director of Decarbonization and Chemistry at NESR, focusing on enabling technologies for decarbonization and energy transition. He has led high-impact projects in carbon capture, utilization and storage, hydrogen production and storage, produced water management, mineral recovery, and oilfield chemicals. His achievements include more than 20 global field implementations, 22 product launches, over 70 publications, and 30 patent applications. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
