Oliver Micklem is Vice President and Ports and Terminals Growth Leader at Marsh Middle East and Africa, the regional arm of the global insurance broking and risk advisory firm. He holds the ACII professional designation from the Chartered Insurance Institute and focuses on the insurance and risk transfer needs of port operators, terminal owners and marine infrastructure investors across the Gulf. His work covers property, liability and business interruption cover for port expansion and terminal automation projects, as well as advising clients on the insurance implications of new maritime security and cyber risks facing critical port infrastructure.
