Nollie Maoto has served as Group Compliance Chief Data and Analytics Officer at FirstRand since July 2024, with more than 16 years of experience in financial services and management consulting. She began her career as a management consultant at Accenture, then as an e-commerce business analyst at Momentum Wealth, before joining FNB South Africa, where she progressed to Chief Data and Analytics Officer for its Connect division and then for merchant services. She has been named to the Global Women in Data Power List for three consecutive years, 2022, 2023 and 2024, and serves on the international editorial board of CDO Magazine.
