Ayed Al Aklubi is the Project Development Manager for Independent Power Producers (IPP) at the Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC). He leads the development of independent power generation projects within the Saudi electricity system, focusing on project structuring and attracting investment in energy infrastructure. He will participate in the Voltage 2026 Summit as part of discussions on energy project development.
