The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is Saudi Arabia central regulatory body for the real estate sector, responsible for the property registration system, the supervision and development of non-governmental real estate activity, and the licensing of real estate professionals across the Kingdom. REGA operates digital services, market data platforms, and regulatory frameworks that support Vision 2030 national housing ownership targets and attract investment into Saudi Arabia property market. The Authority chairs the annual Real Estate Future Forum, the Kingdom premier international platform for strategic dialogue on real estate investment and urban development.
