NHC, the Middle East's largest real estate developer, has signed five agreements and memorandums of understanding with Meta, Go Group for Communications, Huawei, GitLab, and stc solutions during LEAP 2026, held from August 31 to September 3, 2026, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Conference Center in Mhalem, to strengthen cooperation in technical fields and leverage modern solutions for developing its business and urban destinations.
The MoU with Meta focuses on developing communication channels and digital solutions, aiming to activate business solutions via WhatsApp Business, including commerce applications and AI-supported tools. A separate agreement with Go Group for Communications will deploy IoT monitoring solutions across NHC destinations, alongside AI applications that enhance the urban landscape.
In smart city and communications, the MoU with Huawei seeks to deliver an advanced experience for residents and visitors of NHC destinations, improving digital engagement and integrating modern technologies into urban projects. The partnership with GitLab is designed to bolster NHC's software development lifecycle management and AI capabilities, increasing operational efficiency.
Additionally, the agreement with stc solutions will enhance cloud infrastructure readiness and support the development of digital services, ensuring robust hosting capabilities. These initiatives extend NHC's ongoing efforts to partner with leading tech firms, applying digital tools to elevate service quality, customer experience, and overall quality of life across its developments.
