The General Directorate of Civil Defense is showcasing the "Falcon" drone, equipped with artificial intelligence technologies, within the Ministry of Interior's pavilion at the International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026, where the aircraft is presented as a tool for firefighting and rescue operations in elevated or hard-to-reach locations, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The drone can stay airborne for up to 12 hours and carry loads of roughly 40 kilograms, a combination that extends its usefulness in missions where access is limited and time is critical. It also carries a multipurpose firefighting system alongside rescue, control and safety systems, thermal cameras, and a live feed streaming directly to the Command and Control Center, allowing ground teams to monitor conditions in real time while operations are underway.

The directorate's participation reflects its drive to adopt the latest technologies that support its field operations, strengthen its capabilities, and raise the efficiency of its response to missions, with the exhibition serving as a platform to present these tools to visitors and specialists alike.
