第三届国际港口与海事发展大会将于 2026 年 11 月 9 日至 10 日在吉达希尔顿酒店举行，主题为「智能与可持续港口基础设施的创新」。大会立论于沙特正在重塑其在区域海运贸易中的位置，将监管机构、码头运营商、基础设施开发商与解决方案供应商汇聚一堂。
内容围绕六大既定方向展开：可持续港口开发与绿色技术；智慧港口与数字创新；监管框架与投资战略；气候韧性与基础设施安全；国际贸易拓展与区域互联互通；以及人才培养、安全与技能提升。为期两天的议程涉及码头现代化与自动化、缩短船舶与货物滞港时间、吸引全球运营商的特许经营与建设—运营—移交模式、红海航行稳定与航线安全、港口社区系统与数据交换及数字孪生、内陆港与保税物流园区，以及电力、燃料与设备的脱碳。主办方预计与会者逾 400 人、来自 15 个国家的约 30 位本地与国际演讲嘉宾，以及 20 家赞助与参展机构。
参会需付费注册：面向政府与学术机构的主要代表证为 25 美元另加 5% 增值税；供应商与解决方案提供商证为 999 美元；行业合作伙伴套餐为 5,000 美元。两天的现场注册均于 8:00 开始，议程持续至 13:30，以社交午宴结束。大会同期设有展览（首日以贵宾巡展揭幕），并设创新专场，由业内企业作简短案例分享。
