Jaidev Menezes is regional vice president for mixed-use development at Marriott International across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Marriott is the world's largest hospitality company and the largest branded residences operator, and he is responsible for the growth of its residential brands including The Ritz-Carlton, St Regis, Bvlgari, W, EDITION, The Luxury Collection, JW Marriott, Westin, Le Meridien, Autograph Collection, Sheraton, Delta, Renaissance and Tribute Portfolio. He has over 20 years of experience in hotel and residential development across the region, Asia and the Americas. Before joining Marriott he was head of global development for Emaar Properties' hospitality division, and he previously spent more than 15 years with Fairmont-Raffles in development and strategy roles.
